报告摘要: The resistance distance between any two vertices of a graph G is defined as the net effective resistance between them in the electric network constructed from G by replacing each edge with a unit resistor. In this talk, we introduce a comparison result on resistance distances of S,T-isomers. Furthermore, we illustrate some applications of the comparison result in characterizing extremal chemical graphs.
报告人简介：杨玉军，烟台大学数学与信息科学学院教授、院长。山东省泰山学者青年专家、山东省优秀青年基金获得者、山东省高校青创人才引育计划团队负责人。主要从事图的电阻距离、图的逆、图的中间特征值等的研究工作，在Combinatorica、European J. Combin.、Proc. Roy. Soc. A、Discrete Math.等杂志发表论文50余篇。先后主持国家自然科学基金4项。作为第一完成人，2022年获山东省自然科学奖二等奖，2015年获山东省高校优秀科研成果奖一等奖。担任中国商业统计学会理事、中国运筹学会图论组合分会理事、中国工业与应用数学学会图论组合及其应用专委会委员等。
